Coacher is a personal tool used by its owner and a small number of athletes he has personally invited. There is no public sign-up and nothing is collected from visitors to this page. Each athlete joins by explicit invitation, grants access to their own data themselves, and can leave — with their data deleted — at any time by asking.
All of it is each athlete's own data, about their own training, kept separately per athlete. No athlete's data is shown to any other athlete. The owner, as the operator, can review an athlete's conversation with the system in order to support them.
Strava (and Oura, where connected), authorised by each athlete themselves on the service's own site — no athlete ever shares a password with this system. TrainingPeaks is read for the owner's account only. All access is read-only: the system never creates, changes or deletes anything in those accounts, and every authorisation can be revoked by the athlete at any time from the service's own settings.
On a private computer in the owner's home, in a local database kept separately per athlete, with encrypted backups. It is not hosted on a public server, not sold, and not published. Two things leave the machine: the content of each athlete's WhatsApp messages, which travel through Twilio and WhatsApp to that athlete's own phone; and, to look up the weather a session was performed in, an approximate location (rounded to about one kilometre) together with the date.
Each handles data under its own privacy policy. No other party receives anything.
Training history is kept for as long as it is useful for analysing that athlete's own training. Any athlete can have their entire history deleted at any time by asking the owner.
